Dan Boyd

Head of Building Management Services

Dan Boyd is a chartered surveyor with more than 20 years of property management experience in both the United States and Ireland.  He joined Hibernia as the Head of Building Management Services in August 2016.  Prior to that he spent ten years as the Estate Director of Spencer Dock.  He has extensive experience in the office, retail and residential property markets, having worked with a number of companies over the years including: Burlington Real Estate, Savills, JLL, Green Property and Spectacor Management Group.

Frank Kenny

Senior Adviser

Frank Kenny has more than 35 years’ experience in the Irish and US property markets in all aspects of commercial and residential property investment and development for both private investors and institutions. He trained as a Chartered Surveyor at Lisney, Dublin and also worked as an investment analyst under William Nowlan at Irish Life. He is the founder and CEO of Willett Companies LLC, of Rye, New York, a mid-sized property investment company which he founded in the early 1990s, specialising in multi-tenanted office and retail properties on the East Coast of the United States. At Willett, he is responsible for overseeing all the property aspects of Willett’s operations including property acquisition, lettings, refurbishment and disposals. He has recently been involved in the successful negotiation, structuring and delivery of significant long term investment and development transactions in the Dublin Central Business District.

Frank O’Neill

Chief Operations Officer

Frank O’Neill has more than 20 years’ experience in the Irish property market. At W K Nowlan Property he was responsible for its Portfolio Management division, which manages a significant portfolio of Irish and UK properties. He has considerable experience in property transactions and advising financial institutions in relation to distressed borrowing. Previously, he was director at Rohan Holdings, one of Ireland’s leading property investment and development companies where he had responsibility for, amongst other things, the management of its investment portfolio. A qualified chartered accountant and chartered surveyor, he has a B Comm from University College Dublin, an MSc in Spatial Planning from the Dublin Institute of Technology and diplomas in Property Investment, Property Tax and Property and Facilities Management.

Mark Pollard

Director of Development

Mark Pollard joined as Director of Development in May 2016, from the National Asset Management Agency (“NAMA”) where he spent six years and was responsible for a number of key development assets in Dublin and London. Previously he held senior development roles at Treasury Holdings and Asda Property Holdings. He qualified as a chartered surveyor with Jones Lang Wootton (now JLL) in London. 

Sean O'Dwyer

Company Secretary and Risk & Compliance Officer

Sean O’Dwyer is Risk and Compliance Officer and was appointed Company Secretary in February 2017. Between 2013 and 2016, he was Risk & Compliance Officer for WK Nowlan REIT Management, the former Investment Manager to Hibernia. Between 1987 and 2008, he worked in Bank of Ireland Asset Management (now State Street Global Advisers Ireland) where he had responsibility for finance, compliance and risk on a global basis. Between 2009 and 2013, he worked in a number of consulting roles with a variety of financial services firms. He has extensive experience of governance, regulation and risk in Ireland and overseas. He qualified as a chartered accountant with E & Y in 1983.

Richard Ball

Chief Investment Officer

Richard Ball joined the Investment Manager in December 2013 having previously spent seven years in senior positions within Clancourt Group and Michael McNamara & Company. Prior to that, he worked for over three years in corporate finance at BDO, where he qualified as a chartered accountant. He has a Masters in Accounting from University College Dublin and a BSc from Trinity College Dublin.
